- New Brothers – Tier 2,3,5 pension update – Lack of communication b/n state and 5th district. Mike Spano & Paulin were told ff’s were on board. Buffalo and YO were adamantly against. Education funding was threatened and legislators folded.
- Trustee B - CHRIS DELANOY and C - SANDRO DANTONA
- New Rochelle – 6 layoffs, 152 members, closing one firehouse, ISO rating going from 2 to 4 w/ an est cost of 12M to businesses. Rye Brook – 2.25, 2.25. Harrison – 6 month buyout, 26 layoffs, no fd. Greenville – 2010-4%, 2011-4%, 2012-4%
- Adam Bradley – Transition team, consolidation, Jan 3rd

2. NEGOTIATIONS REPORT
- Update on Binding Arbitration – $ must be moved from Reserve for Financing to the General Fund. Pay raises can be incorporated into checks w/out transfer.
